Village of Oak Brook

Civiltech provided Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III Engineering Services for this project.  The project included the construction of a 10 foot wide multi use path with two foot grassed shoulders from Trinity Lane to Jorie Boulevard.  The project included segmental retaining walls and a twelve foot wide, 120 foot long pedestrian/bicycle bridge over Illinois Route 83.  The project also included the modification of two existing signal installations to include pedestrian signal indications.

The project was funded with Surface Transportation Enhancement (STE) Funds.  The project included multi agency coordination between the Village of Oak Brook, the Illinois Department of Transportation, and the DuPage County Highway Department.  The design services were completed in 2003.

The successful completion of Phase I and II engineering for this project has led Civiltech to proceed with Phase III engineering services for the Village. The project was let and awarded by IDOT and Civiltech provided our full range of Construction Engineering Services.
