Principal Engineer

Bob has nearly 40 years of experience in completing environmental assessment and combined design reports for projects ranging in complexity from simple intersection channelization projects to major urban arterial and expressway improvements. He is actively engaged in the day-to-day management of major preliminary engineering, feasibility studies and traffic engineering projects. In addition, Bob specializes in developing and directing public involvement and Context Sensitive Solutions programs for transportation related projects. He is an articulate and persuasive spokesman who has a record of achievement in building consensus on controversial projects.
