DePaul University – The Theatre School

A new Theatre School is being designed for DePaul University in Lincoln Park at the southwest corner of Fullerton Avenue and Racine Avenue. The building is currently targeted for LEED Silver Certification.  Civiltech provided site design engineering services which included Storm Water Management and Permitting. Utility Coordination included traffic signal and street lighting modifications with the City’s Department of Electrical Operations.
