Illinois Route 59 Plainfield to Shorewood

Civiltech provided review appraisal services for the widening and drainage improvements of Illinois Route 59 in the Villages of Plainfield and Shorewood. The project widened the existing two lane roadway to a five land cross section. Additional challenges for the valuation process included valuations of properties in a rapidly developing location. These roadway improvements required the partial acquisition of approximately 50 parcels in total.

The Project involved valuation analysis of each property sought by the Department of Transportation. The properties appraised included restaurants, auto repair facilities, offices, retail strip centers, single and multifamily residences, and vacant commercial and residential land parcels.
