The Land Acquisition and Appraisal Division of Civiltech Engineering provides Public and Private entities with comprehensive land acquisition services to include Appraisal, Appraisal Review, Negotiation, Relocation, and Litigation Support services.

Past clients include State, County and Local Highway agencies, Municipalities, Forest Preserve and Conservation Districts, Utility and pipeline companies and private corporations and individual property owners.
