Examining viable alternatives to obtain the most cost effective structure, while at the same time meeting the clients´ expectations in regards to functionality and aesthetics of the structure is a necessity. Critical to project completion is having a structural staff that can blend cost, functionality and appearance, while understanding the requirements of the maintaining agency and having the experience and knowledge to navigate that agency´s review and approval process.

Civiltech´s Structural Department has the expertise and experience of balancing a client´s needs with a cost effective structure. We have implemented multiple structural projects with the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, the Illinois Tollway, the City of Chicago, many Counties and local communities. With our structural design experience and our understanding of each agency´s processes, we are able to implement projects in a cost effective and timely fashion.
