Generally speaking bridges and retaining walls are some of the most expensive elements of any transportation system. Examining viable alternatives to obtain the most cost effective structure, while at the same time meeting the clients´ expectations in regard to functionality and aesthetics of the structure is a necessity. Critical to project completion is having a structural staff that can blend cost, functionality and appearance, while understanding the requirements of the maintaining agency and having the experience and knowledge to navigate that agency´s review and approval process.
